Content Policy

Last updated January 1, 2026

Preamble

Our Content Policy exists to keep AI Casting Services a professional, creative, and safe marketplace. These guidelines apply to everything uploaded, posted, or communicated on the Platform — from portfolios to casting briefs to direct messages.

§01

Acceptable Content

AI Casting Services welcomes AI-generated and AI-assisted creative content — including images, videos, audio, 3D assets, and mixed media — produced with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Kling, Stable Diffusion, and comparable platforms.

All content must be original to you or properly licensed. We support experimentation, but every upload should represent your own work or work you have clear rights to share.

§02

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Non-consensual depictions of real individuals (including celebrity likenesses) without verifiable permission
  • Illegal material or content that facilitates criminal activity
  • Explicit adult content, including non-consensual sexual imagery
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting discrimination
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism
  • Copyrighted material (characters, logos, music) used without authorization
  • Deliberately deceptive deepfakes intended to defraud, defame, or manipulate
  • Content involving minors in any compromising context
§03

AI Disclosure

Users must accurately represent the tools and methods used to create their content. Tag your AI software stack honestly on uploads and castings. Misrepresenting AI-generated content as fully human-created — or vice versa — is a policy violation.

Hybrid workflows (e.g., photography + AI color grading, hand-drawn + AI inpainting) are celebrated; just describe them accurately.

§04

Intellectual Property

You must have the rights to all content you upload. Respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, submit a takedown request per the DMCA process described on our Support page.

We respond to valid takedown notices within 48 hours and notify the uploader of the claim.

§05

Watermarking

All preview media shared through the Platform is served with a discreet, tamper-resistant watermark to protect creator rights during evaluation.

Watermark removal requires mutual consent between the creator and the employer through the Platform’s official watermark-removal workflow, which is typically tied to a confirmed booking or licensing agreement.

§06

Enforcement

Violations are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Actions may include:

  • Content removal
  • Account warnings and strikes
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal referral for severe violations

We take action based on the severity and frequency of violations. Users may appeal decisions via the Support portal within 14 days.

§07

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please use the in-platform report button (top-right of any profile, casting, or message) or email content@aicastingservices.com. All reports are confidential; we do not disclose reporter identity to the subject of the report.
