CONTENT POLICIES

• (a) Impersonation. Representing yourself as another individual, organization, or entity; using another person's name, likeness, credentials, or identity without authorization; or creating accounts under false pretenses.
• (b) Harassment and Abuse. Engaging in harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive conduct toward any other user, AICS staff, or any third party in connection with Platform activity. This includes persistent unwanted contact, targeted abuse, and conduct designed to intimidate or coerce.
• (c) Deceptive Practices. Making false representations about your identity, qualifications, professional credits, organizational affiliation, project scope, compensation, or any other material fact in connection with your Platform activity.
• (d) Unauthorized Access. Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data, or systems beyond your authorized permissions; circumventing authentication or security measures; using another user's credentials; or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• (e) Platform Manipulation. Using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other automated means to access, collect, or interact with Platform content without AICS's prior written authorization; artificially inflating profile metrics; or manipulating matching or discovery results.
• (f) Off-Platform Routing. Soliciting other users to conduct Platform business — including Creator engagement, negotiation, payment, or contracting — outside of the Platform prior to completion of the identity release process described in the Terms of Service and Employer Agreement.
• (g) Spam and Unsolicited Communications. Sending unsolicited commercial messages, bulk communications, or repetitive contact to other users.

For purposes of this Policy, "Child Sexual Abuse Material" or "CSAM" means any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, digital image, or computer-generated image, of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (any person under the age of 18), as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256 and applicable state law. CSAM includes material that has been digitally created, altered, or generated using artificial intelligence where the depiction is of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, regardless of whether any actual minor was involved in its creation.

AICS employs automated content moderation technology (currently AWS Rekognition) to screen uploaded content, and is in the process of implementing hash-matching detection technology, including a pending Microsoft PhotoDNA sublicense, to identify known CSAM. Pending full deployment of hash-matching technology, AICS relies on automated moderation flagging, manual review, and user reporting to identify and remove CSAM from the Platform. Any content identified as CSAM, whether through automated detection, manual review, or user report, will be immediately removed from the Platform. AICS will report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and will cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Any user account associated with the upload, transmission, or possession of CSAM through the Platform will be immediately and permanently terminated. AICS will preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. AICS will not provide advance notice of account termination in CSAM-related cases.

If you encounter any content on the Platform that you believe may constitute CSAM, report it immediately to support@AiCastingServices.com with the subject line "CSAM Report" and include as much identifying information as possible about the content and its location on the Platform. Do not download, share, or further distribute any content you believe may constitute CSAM.

For purposes of this Policy, "Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content" or "TVEC" means any content that: (a) promotes, glorifies, celebrates, incites, or facilitates acts of terrorism, mass violence, or political violence; (b) is produced by, on behalf of, or in support of a designated terrorist organization, foreign terrorist organization, or specially designated global terrorist as defined by applicable U.S. law, including organizations designated by the U.S. Department of State under 8 U.S.C. § 1189; (c) recruits individuals to terrorist organizations or violent extremist movements; (d) solicits financing for terrorist activities; or (e) provides instruction, planning assistance, or operational support for acts of terrorism or mass violence.

Any user account associated with the upload, transmission, or distribution of TVEC through the Platform will be immediately and permanently terminated. AICS will report confirmed TVEC to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will cooperate fully with investigations. AICS will preserve evidence related to TVEC violations.

If you encounter content on the Platform that you believe constitutes TVEC, report it immediately to support@AiCastingServices.com with the subject line "TVEC Report" and include identifying information about the content and its location on the Platform.

For purposes of this Policy, "Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery" or "NCII" means any visual depiction of an identifiable individual in a state of nudity or engaged in sexual conduct that is shared without that individual's affirmative, informed consent to the specific sharing of that image in that context. NCII includes: (a) intimate images or videos originally shared in the context of a private relationship and distributed without consent ("revenge pornography"); (b) intimate images or videos obtained without the subject's knowledge or consent; (c) AI-generated, digitally altered, or deepfake intimate imagery depicting an identifiable real person without their consent; and (d) any other intimate imagery whose distribution violates the subject's reasonable expectation of privacy or explicit consent.

Any user account associated with the upload or distribution of NCII through the Platform will be immediately and permanently terminated. AICS will cooperate with law enforcement investigations and will preserve evidence. Where required by applicable law, AICS will report NCII to appropriate authorities.

If you are depicted in intimate imagery that has been uploaded to the Platform without your consent, or if you encounter NCII on the Platform, contact AICS immediately at support@AiCastingServices.com with the subject line "NCII Report." AICS will treat such reports with urgency and will act to remove confirmed NCII as expeditiously as practicable. Victims of NCII may also submit a DMCA takedown notice pursuant to our DMCA Policy if the imagery constitutes copyrightable content of which they are the owner.

• (a) Adult Sexual Content. Any sexually explicit content, nudity, or content of a sexual nature is prohibited. This prohibition applies to all uploaded portfolio content, Casting Call postings, and Platform communications.
• (b) Graphic Violence and Gore. Content depicting graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or gratuitous harm to any person or animal is prohibited.
• (c) Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content. Content that attacks, demeans, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics is prohibited. This prohibition extends to content that uses slurs, promotes supremacist ideologies, or depicts protected groups as subhuman or deserving of violence.
• (d) Defamation and False Statements of Fact. Content that makes false statements of fact about an identifiable individual or organization in a manner likely to damage their reputation is prohibited.
• (e) Privacy Violations. Content that discloses another individual's private information without their consent — including home addresses, phone numbers, financial information, medical information, or other personal data — is prohibited. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the disclosed information is accurate.
• (f) Malicious Code. Content containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful or disruptive code is prohibited.
• (g) Intellectual Property Infringement. Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party is prohibited, except as permitted under applicable fair use doctrine or with rights holder authorization.
• (h) Deceptive AI Content. AI-generated or digitally manipulated content that is designed to deceive viewers about the identity, appearance, voice, or capabilities of any individual — including the Creator uploading the content — is prohibited. Disclosure of AI involvement in content creation is required as described in the AI Content Policy.
• (i) Illegal Content. Any content that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law is prohibited, including content that facilitates illegal activity, solicits the commission of crimes, or constitutes an illegal act in itself.

• (a) Illegal Activities. Using the Platform to facilitate, plan, execute, or conceal any illegal activity under applicable federal, state, or local law.
• (b) Sanctions Violations. Using the Platform in violation of U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions, including engaging with individuals or entities on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals list or other applicable restricted party lists.
• (c) Fraudulent Transactions. Using the Platform to facilitate fraudulent payment transactions, charge-back fraud, or financial fraud of any kind.
• (d) Data Harvesting. Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically collecting Creator profile data, portfolio content, or other Platform data for any purpose other than your own permitted use of the Platform.
• (e) Competitive Intelligence. Using the Platform to gather information about AICS's business, Creator base, Employer base, pricing, or operations for the purpose of informing a competing service.
• (f) Account Trafficking. Selling, transferring, or purchasing AICS accounts or account access.
• (g) Minor Engagement. Attempting to engage with, solicit, or communicate with any individual you have reason to believe may be under the age of 18 in any manner related to the Platform's casting or creative services functions.

Policy questions, violation reports, and content removal requests should be directed to:

AICS uses proprietary technology to power its Creator-Employer matching and discovery features. The matching system processes Creator profile data, professional information, and portfolio content metadata to surface algorithmically generated connections between Creator profiles and Employer-posted Casting Calls based on defined skill criteria.

• (a) The matching system performs passive, criteria-only matching. It does not make employment decisions, procurement decisions, or any decisions with legally binding effect on any user.
• (b) The matching system does not generate synthetic content, alter Creator-uploaded materials, or produce representations of any individual beyond the algorithmic surfacing of existing profile data.
• (c) AICS continuously evaluates and refines its matching tools. Matching outputs may change over time as the system is updated. AICS does not guarantee consistency of results across sessions or time periods.

AICS applies digital watermarks to Creator-uploaded content as a mandatory platform feature. Watermarking serves dual purposes: content provenance and Creator protection, and identity protection within the Identity Escrow System.

• (a) Watermarks are applied automatically upon upload and are embedded in all Creator Content hosted on the Platform where applicable.
• (b) AICS's watermarking infrastructure is developed in alignment with emerging content provenance standards, including the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) framework, which establishes open technical standards for content credentials and chain-of-custody documentation.
• (c) Watermarks applied by AICS do not constitute a claim of ownership over Creator Content. They are a technical protection measure applied as a service feature of the Creator subscription.
• (d) AICS does not represent that watermarking provides absolute protection against unauthorized use or that watermarked content cannot be circumvented by bad actors. Watermarking is one layer of provenance infrastructure and is not a guarantee of content security.

AICS does not use generative AI tools to alter, enhance, modify, or synthetically reproduce any Creator Content uploaded to the Platform. Creator Content is hosted, watermarked, and processed for matching purposes only. AICS does not generate synthetic versions of Creator likenesses, voices, or performances. If this practice changes, AICS will obtain express written consent from affected Creators prior to any such use and will update this Policy accordingly.

AICS does not use identifiable Creator Content to train, fine-tune, or develop third-party artificial intelligence models without explicit Creator consent. Aggregated, de-identified platform usage data may be used to improve AICS's own proprietary matching tools. This practice is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

California's Artificial Intelligence Transparency Act (SB 942) establishes disclosure requirements for the use of generative AI systems in content creation. AICS's matching tools are not generative AI systems — they do not produce synthetic content — and therefore AICS's matching features are not subject to SB 942's content disclosure requirements. However, AICS requires Creator and Employer compliance with SB 942 to the extent those parties use generative AI tools in connection with their Platform activity, as described in Sections 4 and 5 of this Policy.

California Labor Code § 3344.1, as amended by AB 2602, requires written consent prior to creating an AI-generated digital replica of a performer. AICS's obligations and user obligations under AB 2602 are addressed in the Creator Agreement and Employer Agreement. This Policy supplements those obligations by establishing platform-level standards for AI-generated and synthetic content.

The use of any individual's name, likeness, or voice in AI-generated content for commercial purposes requires written consent under California Civil Code § 3344. Users of the AICS Platform are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before creating or deploying AI-generated content that incorporates any individual's likeness, name, or voice, whether or not that individual is a Creator on the Platform.

AI-related law in California and at the federal level is evolving rapidly. AICS monitors regulatory developments and will update this Policy as required to maintain compliance. Users are independently responsible for monitoring and complying with applicable law in their respective jurisdictions.

If any content you upload to your Creator profile was generated, substantially altered, or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools — including but not limited to AI-generated headshots, AI-enhanced demo reels, AI-synthesized voice samples, or digitally manipulated performance footage — you must accurately disclose the nature of that AI involvement in connection with the content at the time of upload. Disclosure must be sufficient to allow Employers reviewing your submission to understand the extent to which AI tools were used.

You may not upload AI-generated or AI-manipulated content that:

• (a) Misrepresents your actual physical appearance, voice, performance abilities, or professional experience;
• (b) Depicts a realistic performance, appearance, or voice sample that was not derived from your actual recorded performance or genuine professional work; or
• (c) Purports to be authentic portfolio documentation of work you did not actually perform.

The AICS Platform is a professional casting marketplace where Employers rely on Creator portfolios to make legitimate discovery and casting decisions. The integrity of that marketplace depends on authentic Creator representation. AI tools used to enhance or present your work must not cross the line into misrepresentation of your actual capabilities. Legitimate post-production enhancement — including color correction, audio cleanup, background removal, and similar technical improvements to genuine recorded performance — is permitted, provided it does not misrepresent your actual appearance, voice, or performance abilities.

If you use generative AI tools to create content that you upload to the Platform, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable California and federal law, including SB 942 disclosure requirements applicable to your own AI content practices.

You may not use Creator Content accessed through the Platform — whether watermarked or released following identity release — as input, source material, or training data for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, image generation, voice synthesis, or other computational system without the express written consent of the individual Creator obtained outside of and independent from this Platform.

You may not use AI tools to generate, fabricate, or misrepresent communications, Casting Call descriptions, project opportunities, or other representations made to Creators through the Platform. Where you use AI tools to assist in drafting Platform communications, those communications must accurately represent the nature and terms of the engagement.

Any creation or use of an AI-generated digital replica of any Creator's likeness, voice, or performance must comply with California AB 2602, California Civil Code § 3344, applicable union and guild agreements, and all other applicable law. The Platform does not provide authorization for Digital Replica creation under any circumstances. See the Employer Agreement, Section 8, for the full Digital Replica prohibition applicable to Employers.

Where you use AI tools to generate Casting Call descriptions or project communications distributed through the Platform, you must accurately represent those communications and not misrepresent AI-generated content as exclusively human-authored in a manner that materially deceives Creators about the nature of the engagement.

Questions regarding this Policy should be directed to:

• (a) Headshots and professional photographs depicting the Creator's authentic, current appearance;
• (b) Demo reels and video samples demonstrating the Creator's performance work, including excerpts from produced projects, self-produced content, and student or independent productions;
• (c) Voice reels and audio samples demonstrating the Creator's vocal performance, accents, range, or other audio capabilities; and
• (d) Additional portfolio materials as permitted by Platform features available at the Creator's subscription tier.

• (a) Your inclusion of third-party production content in your demo reel constitutes fair use under applicable copyright law, or you hold a license or permission from the relevant rights holder permitting such use;
• (b) You have reviewed any applicable union, guild, or collective bargaining agreement and confirmed that uploading the relevant content to a casting marketplace platform is not prohibited; and
• (c) You are not uploading full-length episodes, films, or other complete commercial productions — only excerpts used for the purpose of demonstrating your individual performance.

• (a) Content depicting nudity, sexually explicit material, or content of a sexual nature;
• (b) Content depicting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or harm to others;
• (c) Content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward any individual;
• (d) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content (TVEC), or Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) as defined in the Acceptable Use Policy — these are absolute prohibitions with no exceptions;
• (e) Content that misrepresents the Creator's identity, appearance, voice, or capabilities through AI generation, digital manipulation, or other deceptive means, as described in the AI Content Policy;
• (f) Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right of any third party beyond what is permitted under Section 4;
• (g) Content depicting any individual other than the Creator without that individual's consent, except as necessary incidental appearances in the context of legitimate produced work included in a demo reel; and
• (h) Content containing malware, embedded scripts, or any harmful technical elements.

• (a) The content accurately depicts you and your genuine professional work and capabilities;
• (b) You own or hold all rights necessary to upload the content and to grant the license in the Creator Agreement;
• (c) The content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, and rights of privacy;
• (d) The content complies with these Upload Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Content Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies;
• (e) If the content was created with AI assistance, you have disclosed that involvement as required by the AI Content Policy; and
• (f) You have reviewed and complied with any applicable union, guild, or collective bargaining obligations with respect to the content.

Questions regarding these Upload Terms should be directed to:

• (a) A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• (b) Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works;
• (c) Identification of the material on the AICS Platform that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow AICS to locate the material — including the specific URL or other identifying information for the relevant content;
• (d) Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or applicable law; and
• (f) A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

• (a) Your physical or electronic signature;
• (b) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared on the Platform before it was removed or disabled;
• (c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• (d) Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and
• (e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which AICS may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original Takedown Notice or that person's agent.
