Preamble

This policy explains what information AI Casting Services collects, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your rights. We designed our systems with privacy by default — and we’re accountable for getting it right.

§01

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile details, payment information, and any content you upload (photos, reels, cover notes, messages).

We also collect information automatically, including device data (browser, operating system, IP address), usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps), and interaction data (search queries, clicks, submissions).

§02

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Platform
  • Match talent with relevant casting opportunities
  • Process payments and provide receipts
  • Send transactional emails and notifications
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Improve product quality via aggregate analytics
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not train external AI models on your User Content without explicit opt-in.

§03

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Media files are stored on Amazon S3 with server-side encryption. Database backups are retained for 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including role-based access control, audit logs, and annual security reviews. No system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

§04

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, measure performance, and protect against fraud.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact Platform functionality, including login persistence.

§05

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing and escrow
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting and media storage
  • SendGrid — transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare — security and content delivery

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We vet all vendors for compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.

§06

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aicastingservices.com. We will respond within 30 days.
