Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Casting Services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AI Casting Services, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your continued use of the Platform represents ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant AI Casting Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, promote, and watermark your content within the Platform for the purposes of matching, search, and casting operations.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity of any kind
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or misleading
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass watermarks or payment flows
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer the Platform

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Booking payments are held in escrow and released on deliverable acceptance.

Transaction fees apply as disclosed on the Pricing page. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with our refund policy. Disputes are governed by the Stripe Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

AI Casting Services provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will AI Casting Services be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
